Alan qualified as a furniture designer and maker in 1984 at Rycotewood College in Thame before working with a local bespoke furniture company.

Outside of work, you will likely find Alan strolling through picturesque landscapes with his two Yorkshire Terriers, Pippa & Nelly who are just as adventurous as he is!

His commitment to making a positive impact extends far beyond the office and he enjoys volunteering at the Haddenham Repair Cafe. Here, he dedicates time to help repair furniture for the local community.

As the latest addition to the family business, Naomi brings a fresh perspective and a wealth of enthusiasm to the team. As one of Alan & Carol's three children, she grew up immersed in the world of design and creativity.

In 2023, Naomi was delighted to step into the role of Trainee Business Manager, eager to contribute her skills and learn from the best!

Naomi hopes that her previously learnt skills in admin and marketing will help the business flourish.

When not in the office, Naomi enjoys getting stuck into a good book. In the kitchen, she unleashes her culinary creativity, experimenting with new recipes and flavours.

Nelly & Pippa Bucks Eco Furniture Designs

Pippa & Nelly

Wellbeing Managers

At Bucks Eco Furniture Designs, we believe in fostering a harmonious and inclusive work environment where the well-being of our team is of utmost importance. That's why we have a unique duo of furry Managers who bring joy to everyone around, Pippa & Nelly, our Yorkshire Terriers!

When they're not charming us with their affectionate tail wags and bright-eyed gazes, Pippa and Nelly engage their signature 'paws-on' approach to wellbeing. They offer relaxation therapy sessions, where cuddles and belly rubs are guaranteed to lighten even the heaviest workloads.

Pippa & Nelly have an uncanny ability to sense when someone needs a little extra TLC, providing comfort and emotional support whenever needed.
